Karen Kalergis has been working in the resiliency field for almost three decades. She had major roles in two national efforts to develop models organizations can use to address the impact of working with traumatized populations.
Karen has worked with victim service providers, first responders, attorneys, teachers, healthcare workers and social justice advocates in rural, urban and tribal communities. She consults on the impact of the work daily as well as after incidents of mass violence.
